1. If a dog is to be4 boarded for handling purposes, a $500 deposit will be required plus $10 per day.
2. Airport charges to pick up or deliver is $75.
3. Breeding charges for dogs sent in to breed is $350 plus mileage.
4. A special charge may be required for a dog's first bgrooming when it enters the kennel for show.
5. All veterinarian charges will be billed monthly at cost plus 20%.
6. All entries are done by the Handler through Entries online.  If  I send in an entry fee, service charge will be $10 per dog.
7. You will be billed the last day of each month If payment is not received by the 15th of the following month, a $20 late charge will be added to the unpaid balance each month.
8. All checks for handling, boarding and entry fees should be made payable to Dan O'Malley.
9. If a dog is entered and not show because of inconvenience or personal reasons, the owner will be billed for the normal amount of show or board.
10. The handler will be permitted to use his discretion when he has two client's dogs for Winners, Groups or Best in Show.
11. All coated dogs will be charged a $50 weekly conditioning fee, enhancing fees are $50 per service and stripping fees are $100 weekly.  Note:  all fees are quoted per breed size and prices may vary.
12. Depending on amount of conditioning dog requires, a service charge will be added.
13. In case handler not making the ring, a qualified handler will take the dog into the ring.
14. Dan O'Malley provides a monthly bill listing each charge rendered by show and dog; however, if there are any questions, notify us promptly, so that any discrepancies can be solved.
15. A retainer for entries being made by the handler is required.  Amount $750.  This will be applied to the last monthly statement.
16. Owner agrees handler shall not be responsible for illness, death or loss of dog unless by handler's negligence.
17. All accounts have a credit limit of $1,500; once any of this amount is past due; it is handler's discretion if dog is shown.
18. For any check not honored by the bank (NSF, Account Closed, Refer to Maker) a $35 service charge is added to account  to cover my service charges to the bank.
19. All road expenses are pro-rated or 50.0 cents a mile.
20. Any account turned over for  collection will be charged all court cost, legal and filing fees and collection fees.
21. All clients dogs which reside full time always have a preferred status at shows over ringside pickups or part time clients.
22. A permanent record for each client must be signed and accompanied by this rat sheet, my contract and limited power of attorney must be on file with Dan O'Malley, before he can show or take possession of your dog.
23. A first time veterinarian appointment will be made for new dogs brought into the kennel for his/her career.  All charges will be billed at cost to the owner.
24. Prize money awarded in the ring is the property of the Handler.  Price money mailed to owner is owners.
25. Any invitational show, nationals or special arranged shows will be quoted on a per individual basis.

I accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.  A service fee of 5% of the total bill will apply for each transaction.
